 Plapp's Pro Outdoors is a combination of a few companies. In 1999 Duane, Matt & Sam Plapp all got together and decided it was time that Northern Kentucky have a company that serve the outdoor enthusiasts. So in September 1999 our first company Outdoor Consignments was born. After 2 great years the Plapp's had the chance to purchase Elsmere Marine, a marine store just down the road that had been in business for over 40 years. So in early 2002 the 2 companies came together to form what is now Plapp's Pro Outdoors.
The company is equally owned and operated by Duane, Matt & Sam Plapp. Duane is the father and Matt and Sam are his 2 sons. Below you can see a little more about the family. | Welcome our newest team member, New Operations Manager Brent Feely. Brent comes to Plapp's to create a parts and service team like no other dealership has ever seen. Brent brings years of experience with him in this field. For the past 7 years Brent has helped Porsche develop the systems their dealers use nationwide in parts, service and sales. Please stop in and say hello to the person that is going to change they way you think about boat/rv dealers. |

| Duane has a Hall of Fame track record when it comes to RV, boats, camping and sales. Duane has been one of the top Boat & RV Salesman in the Midwest for over 17 years. Duane helps mentor the rest of the sales staff to ensure we can have sales professionals that know how to treat customers. |

| Sam has worked in every department at Plapp's. In 2008 he will jump back into Service where he will help Brent build the best service department in the country. Another part of Sam's job is to follow-up with our customers to work out any issues that may arise. Sam is a great listener and always has his customers best interest at heart. | Matt has a love for sales & marketing. Matt's always looking for a way to enhance the company's awareness, from the website to sponsoring local fishing tournaments.
