 Welcome our newest team member, New Operations Manager Brent Feely. Brent comes to Plapp's to create a parts and service team like no other dealership has ever seen. Brent brings years of experience with him in this field. For the past 7 years Brent has helped Porsche develop the systems their dealers use nationwide in parts, service and sales. | Sam has worked in every department at Plapp's. In 2008 he will jump back into Service where he will help Brent build the best service department in the country. Another part of Sam's job is to follow-up with our customers to work out any issues that may arise. Sam is a great listener and always has his customers best interest at heart.  Richard Young, Parts Manager. Richard knows just about everything when it comes to boats. Richard assists our mechanics in properly diagnosing problems. Richard is also in charge of our parts department. He makes sure we have those important parts when we need them. |
