"Plapp's was aewsome with my camper purchase. Not only did I have 2 salesmans attention (Bill geers and Evan Dixon) I also had Matt Woeste standing by my side at every turn in the transaction. Every detail was taken down and noted. It may have taken me longer to get the unit than I expected, but every one of my request were met. Take my advice wait 5 days longer to get your camper of your dreams and it will be worth your time for the (fun finder camper). Every detail hit and they took 1 hour and 35 minutes to explain every component of the camper. These guys rock and I have had 2 warranty issues to deal with and the manufacturer's rep stood right by my side. These guys take a backseat to nobody. "Sam P in service is second to NONE! He has done a great job with Triton boat warranty work and with good turnaround time. I had an engine w/ some, shall I say, issues- and the Plapps team in service did a great job in dealing w/ the manufacturer to pinpoint the problem and get it repaired. My boat warranty work was done right the first time too. I feel good knowing when Sam says, "I want you to be on the water w/ your boat and having fun.", he means it. He is also honest in letting you know how long it may take to get to a service and that has allowed me to keep my boat to fish an extra weekend or two before taking it in. "When I took my boat out of storage there was oil below the lower unit. Not a good sign. Since I was scheduled to head to Dale Hollow fishing a little over a week later I felt it would be impossible to get the engine checked,let alone repaired if repairs were needed in that short time frame. While I was checking at places, my son talked to Sam in the service department at Plapp's and Sam felt it was probably a seal and said he thought they could have the work done the Weds before my fishing trip. The price was fair and the work was not only completed 100% to my satsifaction, but, was done on Monday instead of Weds giving me two additional days to prepare for fishing. Thanks for standing behind your commitments and accomodating my predicament. You've gained my business for the future and I'll recommend you to others. "
